Return / Exchange & Refund Policy
Return Policy
- Time frame: Return requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
- Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons,
- Exceptions: Products bought during sales, clearance or promotional offers are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
- Time frame: Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange.
- Payment: The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request, Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
- Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
- Product Exchange: If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid, if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
Refund Policy
- Process: Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes Meera's quality check.
- Time frame: Refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.
- Exceptions: Products bought during sales, clearance or promotional offers are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the Meera team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Cancellations Policy
- Time frame: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Condition: Once dispatched or customized, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Custom Orders: Sarees that are altered with Fall/ Pico, Blouse stitching, or other customizations are non-returnable and non-refundable.
