Return / Exchange & Refund Policy

Return Policy

  1. Time frame: Return requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.
  2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  3. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons,
  4. Exceptions: Products bought during sales, clearance or promotional offers are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

  1. Time frame: Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.
  2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange.
  3. Payment: The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request, Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
  4. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
  5. Product Exchange: If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid, if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.

Refund Policy

  1. Process: Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes Meera's quality check.
  2. Time frame: Refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.
  3. Exceptions: Products bought during sales, clearance or promotional offers are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
  4. Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the Meera team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

Cancellations Policy

  1. Time frame: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  2. Condition: Once dispatched or customized, orders cannot be cancelled.
  3. Custom Orders: Sarees that are altered with Fall/ Pico, Blouse stitching, or other customizations are non-returnable and non-refundable.
